The Cathay Bank Foundation, an affiliate of Cathay Bank, is a nonprofit organization.

It is the mission of the Foundation to enhance the growth and success of communities where the Bank serves. The Foundation's ultimate objective is to create opportunities in the areas of affordable housing, community and economic development, and education. The Foundation will also consider supporting cultural and arts, health and welfare, environmental and human services and programs that benefit the communities at large.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Due to budget restraints for the remainder of 2007, the Cathay Bank Foundation will no longer accept grant applications for operational support and/or sponsorship fundraiser events.
