The Cathay Bank Foundation, an affiliate of Cathay Bank, is a nonprofit organization.
It is the mission of the Foundation to enhance the growth and success of communities where the Bank serves. The Foundation's ultimate objective is to create opportunities in the areas of affordable housing, community and economic development, and education. The Foundation will also consider supporting cultural and arts, health and welfare, environmental and human services and programs that benefit the communities at large.
We will no longer accept unsolicited proposals from any organization. All unsolicited grant proposals and/or sponsorships requests will be declined.
All nonprofit organizations wishing to apply for a grant through the Cathay Bank Foundation must first submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) before the full application. Once your LOI has been received, it will be reviewed for Grant consideration. If the request is within our Grant guidelines and budget, your organization may be invited to complete our full grant application form for consideration.
